Megan was introduced to the practice of yoga in 2016 in hopes of bringing balance and stillness to her daily routine. Yoga quickly became an effective yet simple vehicle for her to explore movement and mindful breathing while cultivating strength of both body and mind in a fun and intuitive way. Megan is passionate about learning, growing and sharing the many joys of playful movement and mindful living.

Megan is a graduate of the Boston Yoga School and has gone on to develop a practice rooted in alignment and tradition that lends itself to yoga practitioners of all skill levels and backgrounds. Her classes offer students an opportunity to pause, breathe and connect with their individual inner strength while tapping into the power of a healthy yoga practice and the joy of community.
